The 21/90 rule challenge. They say it takes
21 days to build a habit but 90 to keep it. It works. The rule is
simple enough. Commit to my Move Body Wellness Classes for 21 days
throughout July. After 3 weeks the pursuit of that commitment
should have become a habit but it doesn't stop there.
Once you've established that habit you continue to do it
for another 90 Days. We carry it into our Winter Wellness month to August as we Elevate that Habit and HAVE THAT HABIT. Prizes for the student who does the 21 Days consecutively 11-31st July Class a day keeps the doctor away. STARTS MONDAY 11st JULY . COULDNT COMMIT IN JULY ELEVATE INTO AUGUST START 21 DAYS AGAIN !

Join Belle & Gabe as we take you through what we love and share our knowledge , love and passion for the practice.
We are so excited to share with you our Explore Bikram Yoga
class, hosted by teachers Belle, Gabe and our very own gorgeous fellow Student and fully trained Bikram teacher Clare will also be assisting on the day.
Both Belle & Gabe and Clare have invested years of practicing. Gabe has been teaching
and practicing the Bikram Yoga series for a many of years. Belle has also been practicing for many years and teaching now for over a year
(plus many other styles of
Yoga, Pilates, Alignment and movement training) We have both gained enormous healing benefits from maintaining a very frequent, consistent practice. In addition, they are both extremely passionate about
following correct set up, alignment and breathing in order to experience and maximise the therapeutic benefits. The Dialogue WORKS!

Come and join us for a delicious Restorative Yin practice EVERY Friday . Get ready to feel all warm and fuzzy from the inside. In this 60 mins practice you will dive deep into a pure restorative yin session. Breath , Body, Body scans, Bolster, Bliss and Be .As the days grow shorter, darker and colder, the energies of the earth turn inward, and naturally so do we. Winter is a time of yin energy where our activities should naturally be more quiet. Time to turn to our yin restorative practice for winter. Yin Yoga & Restorative Yin can be quite different. These restorative sequences typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, we nourish the meridian lines of the kidney and bladder channels which support our inner QI and immune
systems. This winter practice is a time to honour the quiet
and connect in with the introspection that winter offers. Join Us . Hosted by Belle and Kristi.

YIN YOGA V'S RESTORAVIVE YIN
Yin Yoga is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.”
Think passive, but stretching at the same time. I like to call them deep stretch ,flex classes.
Restorative Yoga is used with a completely different goal in mind. It is used to rest and restore the body.
Sequence typically involves only five or six poses . All supported by bolsters that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 mins or more , restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Sleeping is optional

Chakra Balance Yin & Sound experience to deeply nourish you on all levels. You will be guided through a sequence of yin shapes that nurture your connection with each Chakra starting at the base of the spine and moving all the way through to the crown of your head. The seven singing bowls correspond to the seven Chakras. The vibration of sound supports the body to relax more deeply into the experience of each shape providing the support to release stagnant energy. Create resonance in your body and peace in your heart. No yoga experience necessary - a gentle practice suitable for EVERYONE

This is an offering of a deeper, more restorative yin yoga class accompanied with nurturing sound.
Using relaxing, long yin held postures, We will guide you into a space of rest, regeneration, and restoring balance.
With the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls, there is an invitation for soothing relaxation and a space for stillness, peace and calm.
This opens the possibility for tension and energy stagnation that accumulates over time to be released. In this special class, we will practice yin poses connecting to each of our seven chakras while Kristi plays sound bowls with specific frequencies and vibrations to also balance each chakra area.
